Call Center Representative (Overnight Shift)

LaSalle Network is hiring a Call Center Representative for a growing organization in Salisbury, NC! What's the job?

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to refrigeration system alerts
• Monitor store locations for alarms and respond quickly to service issues
• Accurately log all communications and activity details
• Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to resolve issues

What's needed?

• 12 years of experience in a call center, dispatch, or related field preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Availability to work Monday Friday, 11 PM 7 AM
