Job Description

We (Our Client) are currently on a hunt for a Cash Accountant to join their team in Houston.


Here are exiting responsibilities.

• Ensuring cash is posted to the general ledger on a timely and regular basis.
• Executing the monthly, quarterly and year-end closing process within the established 5-day schedule.
• Ensuring that all cash accounts are reconciled on a monthly basis in accordance with company policy and generally accepted accounting principles.
• Responsible for ensuring accurate general ledger cash balances for entities with multiple functional currencies and foreign currency transactions.

We would love to hear from you if :

• At least 3+ years in an accounting role.
• Experience in international accounting and cash transactions, including foreign currency, cash account reconciliations, closing process journal entries related to cash, and other key corporate general accounting duties.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
• Experience using integrated ERP systems, SAP and IFS a plus.
