Villagio Hospitality Group is growing, and we're thrilled to introduce our newest concept: PR%F. We're seeking a passionate and experienced General Manager to lead the charge in opening and operating our exciting new restaurant. If you have a track record of success in new restaurant openings and a love for hospitality, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

As General Manager, you will:

• Develop and implement pre-opening operating procedures for our new concept.
• Oversee the setup of the restaurant, including small wares, equipment, uniforms, and standard operating procedures.
• Lead and execute a comprehensive training program for the launch of the restaurant.
• Set the standard by leading by example, fostering a positive and professional work environment.
• Partner with the culinary team to ensure the quality and consistency of food and beverage offerings.
• Analyze financial performance, driving strategies to maximize revenue and control costs.
• Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, ensuring exceptional service at all times.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment that adheres to health and safety standards.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, integrating best practices to elevate the guest experience.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience in new restaurant openings .
• Leadership experience in the hospitality industry, ideally in a high-volume restaurant environment .
• Exceptional leadership and motivational skills to inspire a diverse team.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills .
• The ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced setting .
• A detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to excellence in service delivery .
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, including POS systems and inventory management software.
