Essential General Manager restaurant job duties: - Manage, train, monitor, and coach Crew/ Team members
- Direct and assign drive-in restaurant employees to ensure operational standards are met
- Adhere to and monitor employee compliance of policies and practices
- Perform restaurant opening and/or closing duties
- Prepare employee work schedules and make appropriate adjustments
- Monitor and maintain restaurant inventory levels
- Complete and maintain all employment and payroll records
- Reinforce a customer service mentality and resolve guest requests
- Interview and hire restaurant crew and management team members
- Prepare operational reports and develop action plans
- Develop and implement a marketing plan
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of two (2) years of restaurant management experience
- Knowledge of recruiting, interviewing, and selection practices
- Leadership and supervisory practices and skills
- Basic accounting and computer skills
- Problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills
- Willingness to abide by appearance and hygiene standards
