Position Overview: As the Restaurant General Manager, you will lead a dynamic team and set the tone for a positive work environment and exceptional customer hospitality. You will oversee the entire restaurant operation and focus on building a strong team that delivers great food and a welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, hire, and mentor employees while conducting new hire orientation and creating individualized training plans.
• Effectively schedule and deploy the team, address performance issues, and ensure smooth resolution of customer concerns.
• Manage restaurant budget and financial plans while monitoring Profit and Loss.
• Foster a culture of growth and success to help team members advance in their careers.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required; College or University Degree preferred.
• 2-4 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, with Profit and Loss responsibility.
• Basic computer literacy is essential.
• Strong preference for internal promotion from an Assistant General Manager position.
• You must be at least 21 years old.
• Successful candidates must pass background check criteria.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Basic business math, accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making abilities are necessary.
• Willingness to perform physical tasks, including sweeping, mopping, lifting up to 50 lbs., and cleaning areas around the restaurant.
• Able to tolerate standing and walking for 80% of the shift.
