Riot Hospitality Group is currently looking for a General Manager to join our team! Please note that this position will be located in-venue in Nashville, TN.

We're searching for a candidate who can: 

• Manage and coordinate all daily operations within the venue to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Develop, monitor, and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance indicators.
• Lead, train, and develop staff at all levels.
• Oversee guest services and proactively resolve issues, maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction.
• Ensure consistent quality of ingredients, food, and beverage preparation in alignment with brand and service standards.
• Create, manage, and adjust staff schedules to align with business needs, labor budgets, and guest volume.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations.
• Evaluate and refine operational processes to enhance efficiency, guest satisfaction, and team performance.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service, nightlife, or other related fields.
• Strong leadership qualities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Necessary food and alcohol certifications.
