This position is at a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee. The franchisee is the employer; McDonalds USA is not involved in hiring or employment decisions.

Responsibilities

• Run a profitable restaurant and ensure it meets McDonalds critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Work with leadership to set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them.
• Lead a team of Department Managers, helping them set goals, track progress, and provide coaching and direction.
• Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous General Manager experience running high volume locations.
• Background in quickservice restaurants, hospitality, or retail strongly desired.
• Must be 18 years or older.
