We are seeking a Hybrid Recruiter to source and hire general labor and light industrial employees for manufacturing plants located on Cleveland’s east side, specifically in Mentor and Euclid. As a vital part of our recruitment team, you'll be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers to fill high‑volume roles in fast‑paced manufacturing environments. This hybrid position offers a mix of on‑site work and participation in hiring events.
