YOUR SCHEDULE

You work the overnight shift from 10:00 pm - 6:30 am . With a flexible hybrid schedule, you can sometimes work from home!

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Nighttime Customer Service Representative, you ensure our customers receive timely assistance and our technicians are efficiently dispatched. With an upbeat and professional demeanor, you answer incoming phone calls, speak with clients, and help them out however possible. When a request for a job comes in, you dispatch a technician to the right location. Your strong communication and coordination skills help keep our operations organized and our clients happy!

QUALIFICATIONS

Customer service experience would be preferred. A high school diploma or equivalent would be a plus. Another bonus would be if you're fluent in English and Spanish.

Here are the minimum criteria we're looking for:

• 1+ years of dispatching experience with an HVAC company or similar organization
• Excellent phone etiquette
• Computer proficiency and ability to type 30+ words per minute
• Familiarity with MS Word and Excel
