About the Opportunity A respected and well-established pediatric dental practice near Fresno, CA is seeking a Pediatric Dentist to join their team. This position offers
exceptional work-life balance with a
3-weeks-on, 1-week-off schedule and
9-5, Monday-Friday hours during working weeks. No nights. No weekends. Steady patient flow and modern technology already in place.
Compensation - $300,000-$450,000+ annually , depending on experience
- Additional earning potential available

Responsibilities - Pediatric exams, diagnoses, and treatment planning
- Preventive and restorative care
- Pulp therapy and stainless steel crowns
- Extractions and space maintenance
- Care for patients with special health care needs
- Clear communication with patients and parents
- Maintain accurate and compliant charting
Qualifications - DDS/DMD from an accredited program
- Pediatric Dentistry residency completed (or near completion)
- Active CA dental license or ability to obtain
- DEA & CPR (or ability to obtain)
- New grads and board-eligible candidates welcome
