CHI Health Good Samaritan Hospital, a member of CommonSpirit Health™, is Seeking a BE/BC Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Physician to join our multi specialty team!

We are a 200 bed regional referral center with over a 300,000 catchment area. We are a Level II Trauma center with AirCare flight and EMS services and have a 24-bed open ICU with 24/7 hospitalist service.

• Replace a long standing provider retiring and join a partner in the practice
• Outpatient and Inpatient
• Acute IP Rehab unit - 14 bed. Patients also seen by Hospitalist team
• Avg IP volume: 8-10 patients
• Multi Specialty group including Neurosurgery, Neurology, Orthopedic surgery, and more!
• Behavioral health and Psyciatry services available internally
• Flexible schedule, high productivity potential, and autonomy
• Interventional Pain opportunity available if interested.
• EPIC EMR
