This is a full-time career opportunity that can be remote within the Fulton Bank footprint as follows: DC, DE, MD, NJ, PA, VA. Responsible for program management and operation of the Protection Services Department, including physical security systems, vendors, risk and operation management. Serves as secondary leadership to department, championing for high level of ethics, values, and performance. Implementation of physical security policy and procedure related to the protection of assets, employees, clients, financial centers and facilities. Maintains compliance with applicable regulations. Recommends, develops, and coordinates the implementation of physical security programs and training, including the protection of assets, workplace violence prevention, and robbery, burglaries, hostage, and other crisis events.

Specific compensation offered will be determined based on a combination of factors including the candidate's knowledge, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials. The salary range for this position is $70,600.00 - $117,700.00 annually. This job is eligible to participate in a short-term incentive compensation plan subject to individual and company performance.
