Project Manager

Senior Project Manager - Commercial Projects

-No Travel!

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of steady experience leading commercial construction projects: Office, Education, Healthcare, Infrastructure, Industrial
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Proven track record of success in generating business and managing commercial builds of $15M+
• Strong skills in project scheduling, construction processes, and project management methodologies.
• Proficient in stakeholder engagement and effectively managing client relationships.
• Experience in budget management and resource allocation for large-scale projects.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide project teams and maintain stakeholder relationships.

Benefits

Base salary depending on experience, $110,000 - $230,000
