**Contract-To-Hire**

Must Have:

• 2+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master (5+ years of total IT industry experience)
• SNow Agile 2.0 is a must-have - running scrum in a SNow instance needs them to understand CSA level stuff, tables on how they relate to each other, build reports and dashboards, and how to navigate them in the system, needs them to understand from a configuration and admin perspective.
• Need to see data, manipulate, and track all of it.
• Scrum Meetings, understanding what is happening, come from a consulting background.
• Experience leading Scrum ceremonies like Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospectives.
• Experience ensuring user stories are updated in real time and reflect development progress accurately.
• $50-$55/hr.
