Sunrise Suites – Brand Ambassador (Lifestyle & Community Marketing)
Location: Mt. Sterling, KY
Job Type: Part-Time/Contract (with potential growth into full-time)
Compensation: $30–$35/hour + Bonuses

Sunrise Suites is Mt. Sterling’s newest modern living community — a fresh, stylish apartment complex designed around comfort, convenience, and a vibrant lifestyle. We’re dedicated to creating an amazing resident experience while building a strong presence in the local community.

We are looking for a talented and energetic Brand Ambassador to promote Sunrise Suites across social media, highlight the lifestyle and amenities, and support our lease-up efforts.

Role Overview

As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the friendly, welcoming face of Sunrise Suites across social media and community channels. Your content will help attract potential residents, increase brand awareness, and bring life to the community.

Responsibilities

• Create simple lifestyle videos, apartment tours, and promotional content
• Talk on camera about Sunrise Suites (preferred but optional)
• Post regularly across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and local community groups
• Highlight amenities, community features, nearby attractions, and lifestyle benefits
• Generate leads and inquiries from interested renters
• Represent Sunrise Suites in a positive and professional way
• Share updates, openings, promotions, and events
• Provide weekly reporting on activity and performance
• Optional: Join virtual meetings or brief trainings

Qualifications

• Comfortable on camera and confident speaking
• Experience posting on social media & basic video creation
• Positive, outgoing personality
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to follow a simple content calendar
• Experience in real estate, leasing, marketing, or sales is a plus but not required

Compensation

• $30–$35 per hour
• Bonuses for each qualified lead/message generated
