We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Travel Companion & Personal Assistant to accompany an executive on domestic and international travel and provide day-to-day personal support. This is a hybrid role that focuses on caregiving assistance, mobility support, schedule coordination, and ensuring a smooth, comfortable travel experience.

This position is ideal for someone with caregiving or companion-care experience , excellent organizational skills, and the ability to maintain professionalism while traveling closely with an executive.

Key Responsibilities

Travel Support

• Travel along on all scheduled trips—business and personal.
• Handle travel logistics including packing, luggage management, airport coordination, hotel check-ins, and ground transportation.
• Organize itineraries, confirmations, daily schedules, and travel documents.
• Assist with real-time changes, delays, and adjustments during travel.
• Ensure smooth, timely, and comfortable movement throughout the trip.

Companionship & Personal Assistance

• Provide day-to-day companionship and emotional support.
• Offer assistance with mobility, walking support, and routine activities.
• Help maintain structure in daily habits such as rest, hydration, and light movement.
• Assist with small personal tasks to make daily life easier during travel.
• Maintain discretion, confidentiality, and a professional demeanor at all times.

General Support

• Prepare items needed for daily use or upcoming activities.
• Communicate with family members or office team when needed.
• Stay organized and proactive to ensure each trip runs efficiently.
• Create a comfortable, positive, and safe environment at all times.
