Pay Information $600 to $800 per week
About The Position Pay Rate: $15.00 - $20.00/Hourly.
Summary: A Medical Assistant (MA) supports healthcare providers by performing clinical and administrative tasks in medical offices, clinics, and outpatient settings. They help ensure smooth patient flow and quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients, take appropriate vital signs, review current meds and record in medical record.
- Assist with tracking and monitoring department specific data.
- Explain policies, procedures, or services to patients based on scope of practice.
- Set up exam/procedure rooms appropriate to the patient visit needs.
- Clean and re-process equipment and supplies following department guidelines.
- Administer immunizations, injections, or oral medications as directed by provider.

Job Requirements Requirements:
- 1 - Year experience Required,
- Flu vaccination (no exemptions/no declinations),
- Medical Assistant Certificate/Diploma from a DAPIP accredited program OR national certification through AAMA, AMCA, AMT, CCBMA, or MMCI,
- Demonstrated ability to prepare patients for examinations by performing preliminary physical tests, taking blood pressure, weight, and temperature, and reporting patient history,
- Experience with CS-Link/Epic,
- Epic experience Required,
- BLS Certification,
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA).
