Job Summary:

The Used Car Manager represents the dealership in evaluating and purchasing vehicles to purchase to add to the pre-owned inventory.

Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Purchase and manage pre-owned inventory
  • Purchase units online and in person at auctions
  • Search social media (ie Facebook, Craigs list, etc.) to purchase pre-owned inventory

The ideal candidate must have the following:

  • At least 3 years experience in purchasing pre-owned inventory is required
  • Valid Drivers License and clean driving record
  • Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
  • Great attitude with professional appearance and good work ethic
  • Outstanding communication skills in both verbal and written.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to stand 8 hours a day
  • Must be able to tolerate working in hot and cold weather
  • Must be able to kneel, bend, twist
