Frequently asked questions
How thick are uncoated finish business cards? What are the dimensions of the cards?
For complete information about card dimensions, check out our business card size guide.
Is the uncoated finish on both the front and back? Is it easy to write on?
Yes and yes. Both sides are the same uncoated surface, which is very easy to write on.
What types of designs work well on uncoated business cards?
The paper has a very natural feel, and it’s very absorbent. So, when you have a busy, ink-heavy design, it may look a bit faded as the colors are absorbed during printing. We’d recommend simpler designs without a lot of bright colors and intricate, small details. For more general questions, you can also check out our article, Business Card Design Ideas.
